Home Reset Bootcamp / The special OUT girls round

Your home takes work.Let’s make it take LESS.

Less to wash. Less to fold. Less to put away.

A bright home turned into a pink construction site, with cones, a ladder and a hardhat

For six weeks, I’ll teach you what to do and help you work through your entire home.

A special round of Home Reset Bootcamp for our OUT girls.

Step by step by step.

Your home might be neat. You might know exactly where everything is. You’d just love to spend less time taking care of it.

Or maybe this sounds familiar…

It’s Rosh Chodesh morning.

You need the white shirts. You need them RIGHT NOW because the school bus is outside.

Your daughter needs her black shell for the school play. You know she has one. You just KNOW it.

Somewhere.

You’re getting the baby ready for Shabbos, and you need her cream socks.

You have the outfit. You have the baby.

Where on earth are the socks?!

The socks. The white shirts. The groceries that need putting away. Somehow, it all comes back to YOU.

You can have a perfectly neat home and still be exhausted from keeping it that way.

I want your family to know what goes where, and be able to put it away, too. You have enough to do. :)

Three clear bins on a marble surface, each with a pink label reading White shirts, Black shells and Cream socks, holding white button-down collared shirts, black silky shell tops and cream socks, with pink HOME RESET BOOTCAMP tape strung behind them.

The working plan

“But Ellie… how is this different from OUT?”

OUT was fun! You got a few shopping bags OUT. Maybe even a few garbage bags!

Now let’s do your ENTIRE home. Top to bottom. Every single area.

I’ll teach you what to keep, what to get OUT, and how to keep it from building up again.

My goal? For you to be DONE with clutter. For good.

And this goes way beyond your home. One of my students said it so well:

“My home feels so much lighter and so much easier to manage. I've done lots of decluttering challenges before and taken organizing classes but nothing went as deep as yours. And nothing worked as well! Turns out, I'm not incompetent. I just have wayy to much stuff!”

WARNING

  1. Unused silver. Over $3,000 back in her pocket.

    Excerpt from the screenshot

I decided to call a man in our community who buys silver - and sure enough, the silver items that I never use earned me over $3000!

  2. Baby-gift envelopes. Over $400. The baby was already three.

[unclear] you, I found two envelopes with baby gift money (over $400!!!!) from when my now 3yo was born.

  3. They were looking for a bigger apartment. Then they got things OUT.

    Excerpt from the screenshot

We were actually looking for a new apartment because we were convinced we needed to move. The apartments were so expensive, and moving would have been a huge stress. Now our home is so clutter-free that I actually feel like we can live here comfortably with a baby.

  4. Ten emotional kilos lighter. Her words.

    Excerpt from the screenshot

Hey!! I am sooo not the type to send pics of my house, but I just had to share this with u so that u could have real nachas. I am starting to be able to breath. Felt like I lost 10 emotional kilos!

  5. Cleaning help canceled three times. Guests stayed. Panic didn’t.

    Excerpt from the screenshot

1, where i live, cleaning ladies are hard to find and cancel all the time. since decluttering i was canceled on 3 times while having a housefull of guests and it didnt rattle me.

  6. Less toys. More playing. Shorter cleanups.

    Excerpt from the screenshot

My kids play more with much much less toys, and Im not stressed about mess.

  7. Not her type. But she’s LOVING it.

Thank you! I was only able to be on for a few minutes, my kids needed me. But i really want to say that this decluttering thing is so cool! There was never anything in my homemaking skills that I was passionate about, I just did what had to happen. But this getting rid of stuff to make my life easier is a game changer, I am so passionate about it, I never knew it was possible for me to be passionate about keeping my house orderly. So thank you for the gift! I am away now but I keep on thinking about the next project with such excitement, so not my type, but I'm LOVING it!!!

  8. She kept buying bins. Then she realized what actually needed to go.

Dear Eli, I'd like to thank you for your amazing courses, it's liberating!!! I also became more mindful with my shopping, always debating if I actually need it. Or I'm inviting clutter. I'm constantly looking for more things to get out. It definitely simplified my life. Although I'm more of an organized person and was constantly busy organizing, I kept shopping for more bins and more stuff when all I needed was the awareness of decluttering. Thanks to your article in the Ami years ago, that was my first step of awareness, then I finally found you through jam drop ( after searching for you for years!) .. And your amazing decluttering course! I'm still a minimalist in progress but I am hoping to reach my goal shortly.

  9. Sometimes the biggest thing you put down is the weight you were carrying.

I feel like there was a weight lifted off my shoulders when I got rid of so much stuff!! Genuinely affected so many areas of my life - im so much calmer and more intentional with what I bring in to my life now in every way - not just physical stuff. So beyond grateful for this course - life changing is an understatement!!!

  10. Her husband went from skeptical to giving speeches about Frum Minimalism.

“You know mommy, the parts of the house that you minimalized takes so fast to clean!” 😂 Thank you Elisheva! I’m taking my time but making real progress and loving it!!! You should be gebentched! (And hello- my husband threw out a bunch of stuff at work and gave them all a speech abt minimalism!!! And btw he was not enthusiastic about me taking your course- in fact after the first class I came home and told him about never decluttering someone else’s stuff, you should’ve seen the look of relief on his face lol!! But now hes sold!)

  11. A home that looks more expensive. Without buying anything.

Hey, you know what’s interesting I thought taking your course would make my homework pretty and now half a year later I realize you didn’t teach me how to make my homework pretty you taught me how to make my home easier and that ended up making my home look so much prettier! Because when things are empty and clear and spacious, it just gives my Home a high-end look! Meaning, I don’t have to buy anything, but my home just looks high-end now because it’s so much more spacious and empty... I love what you said about Boutique stores. I’ve created my home to be a Boutique store... and I asked myself what Boutique store have this item? Or do they already have something similar?

  12. Even another round in her bedroom felt easier.

I’ve been meaning to email you forever but...finally doing it :) I just declutterred my bedroom AGAIN -yes I’m doing terrible with the upkeep BUT it’s so much easier cuz 1. I have your guidelines 2. It’s not as bad as it would’ve been if I hadn’t taken your class :) Although I’m not going for a real minimalist style, you really changed my mindset regarding stuff and Im finding it liberating :) I keep forwarding your emails to pple cuz I think you have a unique mindset that most organizers don’t have- you really get to the crux of issues. Thank you Elisheva! May Hashem give you the koach to continue helping klal Yisroel!

  13. The cleaner didn’t show. It really wasn’t a big deal.

    Excerpt from the screenshot

So last Thursday she didn't show up, but it really wasn't a big deal! In the past, I would have felt so overwhelmed. But I was able to clean it myself in between everything else I needed to do. It was surprisingly easy! And stressless! Thank you, Elisheva!!!

  14. Laundry that goes away in five minutes. Yes, away.

My apartment BH, looks so much more airy, it takes much quicker to clean up every day because there are less things to put away. After minimizing the clothing, and tossing them into the drawers, laundry became a breeze. BH I'm not constantly doing load after load. It's like 2 small loads a day and because it's so little clothing it's 5 minutes to put away. Cooking is much quicker after being able to rearrange my cabinets with all the new space. I was able to put things in more convenient spaces. And just the whole mindset shift, of constantly thinking, Is this worth the clean up? Do I really need this, is it making my daily housekeeping easier or harder. Is it worth all the extra work etc. Before O couldn't throw out anything even If it costed me 99 cents. Now I have a different way of thinking BH. I think of all the more valuable things I can be doing with my time, and if this item is bogging me down and not serving me, it goes out.

  15. The crayon cleanup went from 15 minutes to seconds.

    Excerpt from the screenshot

and the best part is that cleaning up takes just 2seconds instead of 15min!!!!!!

  16. “We’ve become a functional family overnight!”

My husband said "we've become a functional family overnight!"🤣🤣❤️❤️ Not been so heavily doing it room by room But randomly throwing out a lot and when I can do room by room I definitely am And last night and tonight I went to sleep and the main area is so clean It's so nice to wake up to it like that

  17. The guests noticed how calm the house felt.

my husband had some guests over yesterday...just in our main room, and they commented that our house feels so calm for having so many children ka”H. I heard Ellie say this happened to her alot, i know its the minumalism. i wish i took before pics, but all i did in those areas, is get rid of curtains, photos on walls, unneeded but nice furniture, and in general less items in the home..you can feel it. im now ready for round 2 and being more thorough bc Im seeing the second layer now. also feeling proud of how im running my home, which was always not my stregnth. also, this 20 min cleanup looks great and unintimidating. was it in the course? i dont remember hearing it

  18. Two adults. One small carry-on. She couldn’t believe it either.

And for me and my husband, everything fit into 1 small carry on suitcase! This is so not like us! I always pack so much juuuuust in case I'll need x, y or z. It causes too much anxiety and takes up way too much precious time! And then you need to SHLEP everything with you 🥴it's just not worth it! So now I'm doing it like a real frum minimalist!! Yayyyyyyy 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 and it feels GREAT!!

  19. The cleaner left. And the apartment actually LOOKED clean.

    Excerpt from the screenshot

After I decluttered it actually started to look clean when the cleaners left because there wasn’t stuff bursting out of every shelf everywhere!

  20. Shabbos guests. A 15-minute cleanup. The dishes were still the dishes.

Since I came back to Israel for Pesach, my house has been so much easier to manage because of the course. On Friday, I was putting away my babies clothing that doesn’t fit, and it was easy to do because there wasn’t crazy amounts. Also, tons of shabbos guests this week was not overwhelming because we did a 15 minute cleanup after and the house looked as good as new (besides for the dishes 😂) I also noticed how making the bed every morning is a real game changer (I wasn’t too good about it before) and it encourages me to keep the rest of the bedroom clean.

  21. Seven big boxes OUT. Just from the kitchen and dining room.

Hi, I’m enjoying the journey of minimizing my items immensely. And more than anything my husband is thrilled. I sent out 7 big boxes last night to the chesed drive just from the kitchen and dining room.cant imagine where all these stuff were.

  22. “Turns out, I’m not incompetent. I just have wayy to much stuff!”

My home feels so much lighter and so much easier to manage. I've done lots of decluttering challenges before and taken organizing classes but nothing went as deep as yours. And nothing worked as well! Turns out, I'm not incompetent. I just have wayy to much stuff! I've only been married for 4.5 years and have two kids but still, the amount of things I've accumulated is crazy. I have loads more to get rid of, and I'm so excited about my new way of life. I love the one touch rule and the timer there's a fire. The one touch rule gets me to put things right away, which was something I always struggled with. I've gone through tons of things with the timer there's a fire method and it takes all the effort out of decluttering and makes everything so obvious.

  23. From drowning with live-in help to managing without it.

    Excerpt from the screenshot

Last year, I rly felt this sensation of drowning. Every day I could not get above my tasks. It was not living. And I had a live in cleaning lady. Like I had everything. Now bh I don’t have or even want 1 hour of cleaning help lol

  24. The change reached beyond the house.

I just want to say that what you do is incredible.. you have such strong, positive impact on so many people...it's crazy what a difference your course makes on every aspect of a woman’s life. It should be a zchus for you- I’m truly a changed person because of you and I’m sure anyone who gets involved in frum minimalism can say the same:)

  25. So much easier at home, she wanted to spread the word.

    Excerpt from the screenshot

you’re amazing-my life changed and I owe it to you! also I love your blogs and emails!!!!

  26. Making the beds. An unexpectedly productive morning.

    Excerpt from the screenshot

I was so shocked that this worked and really led to such a productive morning all from just making my beds. Thank you so much for that tip!

  27. Even packing became easier with less stuff.

Oh and lastly Just by minimizing before packing (like i mentioned i did it on chanuka) it made packing in 3 days so easy! My husband didn't stop marveling It's never fun packing but this was so much easier with less stuff So bottom line: The more I let go, the more I realize how much freedom and goodness I let in.

  28. Her kids each take a space. Cleanup takes 3–4 minutes.

And I want to thank you for empowering me to get my kids to help every day, I divided my first floor with them, and they each take a space, and they need to help in that area for 10 minutes, I trained them in, taught them where things go, and they DO IT! They kvetch and complain, but they do it anyways! It takes them usually about 3-4 minutes, I get a clean home, and I'm also not asking them for help through out the day, as I know at one point of the day the house will get cleaned, and I think they realize that subconsiously, how they have to help way less with this system in place, and it's not only my natural helpers who are cleaning up, it's even the ones that usually run away when it's clean up time. And it's cute, they are more aware of the mess they make, and are starting to become more sensitive. I was so done with being the slave, and always cleaning up after them, all day every day, it just wasn't working. I will forever be grateful to you! Taking this course is the best self care I can give myself! It's about making life as easy as possible. Life will get hectic, BH for good things, but we can do things to simplify our lives on a day to day basis!

  29. So pretty. Did she buy it? No.

Its amazing how this course changed the way I shop. Like today I went out with my married daughter she wanted my opinion on something while in the store I saw some stuff and I was like this and that is so pretty but did I buy it? no I DONT NEED IT I AM HAPPIER WITH THE NICE STUFF I ALREADY HAVE FOR NOW

  30. A group that helped her keep letting go.

    Excerpt from the screenshot

I just wanted to share how last Pesach this group helped me so so much with the challenges of giving things away and it helped streamline so much so my cleaning was so much more manageable I found the inspiration on here awesome and so encouraging!!!!!! Thank you Ellie💗💗💗

  31. Her shipment arrived. Most of it stayed in the boxes.

    Excerpt from the screenshot

We lived through a purim and pesach with next to nothing in our house besides the essentials and boy was it nice! Cleaning took 10 minutes, supper was cooked in 9x13, and laundry took 10 minutes to fold (and doing laundry 3more time a week was EASY! )

  32. Hundreds of fancy bins. Still cluttered. Until things went OUT.

[unclear] the reason why im promoting it, i promised it changed my life!!! its a pity i didnt take b4 and after pics.... im married for 5 years and didnt yet throw away one thing (almost) since im married..... Im a very organized person so i have hundreds of fancy bins and gadgets etc... but my house is always always cluttered.... all of a suden i got rid of soo much.... i never used to have place in my vanity cabinet now i do.... my detergents, through out soo many that i never use etc... my closets started looking soo much neater!

  33. In-laws for Succos. The bathroom things fit in the usually empty linen closet.

Major nachas report! I hope you're listening Ellie! My in law are coming for succos bezH. We like to make them as comf as possible and try not to use their bathroom at all when they're here. So what is dif this time than in previous years (they come for succos for many years already bH)? This time I was easily able to take all hair accessories, toothbrushes, hair brushes, negel vasser etc out of the bathroom cabinet and just put it into the usually empty space in the hallway linen closet!!!! What a mechaya!!!!! Nothing is squished. Nothing is spilling out of the closet.

  34. Her “just in case” husband asked for extra garbage bags.

Hi! I've been waiting to email you until I could share my success story of decluttering my whole house- iyH soon! I actually do have a quick story for now- I had read your emails with testimonials from people that said that just by watching them declutter their husbands started getting rid of their own stuff, and I rolled my eyes and laughed because there is NO WAY that would ever happen to me. And then the other day, I'm emptying out my closets and bagging up tons of stuff to give away, and my husband (who loves to keep everything "just in case") comes in and says "do you have any extra garbage bags?" and starts emptying his own closet! I literally had not said a word! We gave away SO much stuff, and I was absolutely shocked. So it really does work!! I have sooooo far to go still but hope I can make time to get through it all!

  35. Pesach planning now included: “It should be really easy and quick again.”

    Excerpt from the screenshot

My husband and I were discussing Pesach cleaning and calendar and turning over etc and he said “it should be really easy and quick again this year.” MUSIC TO MY EARS!!!!!!!

  36. No regular cleaning help for days. She didn’t freak out.

    Excerpt from the screenshot

And also- didn’t have my regular cleaning help the last couple days... and I didn’t freak out...

It has to be just as easy to put away as it is to dump down

For everyone in your family.

01

Your kids bring in the groceries.

You want them to open the pantry and put the pasta where the pasta goes. Without calling you over to rearrange three shelves first.

Easy to use
02

Your husband unloads the dishwasher.

You want him to put the pots away without balancing one on top of a pile and hoping for the best.

Room to put it
03

The cleaning lady comes to wash the floors.

You want her washing the floors, instead of spending the time you’re paying for picking things up so she can get to the floors.

Less in the way
An organized home is lovely. But if YOU have to put everything away, that’s still a lot of work.
A lived-in evening dining room after dinner: used plates and a napkin on the table, toy blocks and a wooden car on the rug, and a pink hardhat and striped cone at the right.

Imagine finishing Shabbos and thinking, “I’ve got this.”

Your husband goes out for Ma’ariv.

Imagine getting the house back together while he’s gone, with your kids helping because the putting-away part is easy enough for them to do.

Of course there’s going to be mess.

People live here, baruch Hashem!

But you look around and know where things belong and it's EASY to put it away !

You can get moving without feeling defeated before you start.

My goal for you is a daily reset of twenty minutes or less once you’ve simplified your home and put the practical systems I teach you into place.

That means putting things back and getting your main living spaces together. Every home is different, so twenty minutes is a goal, not a guarantee.

Here’s what one student shared:

“Also, tons of shabbos guests this week was not overwhelming because we did a 15 minute cleanup after and the house looked as good as new (besides for the dishes 😂)”

“Okay. It’s not a big deal. We can do this.”

And if you’re looking at $397 and thinking, “That’s a lot of money…”

Your home might already be neat. You might be very good at keeping everything running.

But how much of YOU does it take?

How much would you pay to sit on the couch with your husband without mentally going through everything you still have to do?

How much would you pay to sit on the floor and play with your kids without thinking, “I really should be putting away the laundry”?

How much would you pay to finish putting the house back together and actually be DONE for the night?

To go to sleep knowing your home is ready for tomorrow.

To wake up without feeling behind before you’ve even gotten out of bed.

To have a little more patience when someone spills something. Or needs something. Or just wants Mommy.

To enjoy being home with your family.

This is why I get so excited about getting things OUT. There’s less to take care of, and more room for the life happening in your home.

Go back and read what my students said.

The calmer feelings. The changes in their families. The things they have time and energy for now.

That’s what I want for you, too. :)

But Ellie…!

You have questions. I have answers.

Want to hear what my students say? Read their “But Ellie…” answers ↑

"Ellie... I don't have time for this."

Can I lovingly challenge you on that?

I don't think you have time not to do this.

Think about how much time you already spend looking for things, moving things, cleaning around clutter, reorganizing the same cabinets, buying duplicates because you can't find what you already own, and asking your kids to clean up when they don't even know where things belong.

You are already spending the time.

You are just spending it maintaining clutter instead of removing it.

How much time does the Bootcamp take each week?

Plan on about 2–5 hours a week in total, including the classes and the work in your home.

Some finish faster. Some take longer.

I purposely designed the Bootcamp to be done over six weeks because I would rather you do it well than do it fast.

A lot of women listen to the lessons while they declutter, which is honestly the best way to do it.

Go to the room we are working on, press play, and start getting it OUT.

What is the goal by the end?

An easy-to-manage home.

A home where you look around after a crazy Wednesday, birthday party, or Shabbos and think, "Okay. I've got this."

Do I need to buy bins or organizers before we start?

Please don't.

I know it is tempting, but that is exactly backwards.

First we simplify. Then we organize.

Only then, if you actually need something, do you buy it.

Most women end up using what they already have.

Is this extreme minimalism?

Not at all.

I am not trying to help you own as little as possible.

I am trying to help you own what actually serves your family and get rid of what is making your home harder to manage.

What if my husband isn't on board?

That is okay.

One of the biggest rules of Frum Minimalism is that we never declutter another person's belongings.

You will work on your things and the shared spaces you manage.

And honestly?

Once husbands start seeing the difference, many of them become your biggest supporters.

One student wrote, “Ellie was right! My husband thought I was crazy at first. A few weeks later he handed me four garbage bags and told me to take them to the gemach!”

Do I have to finish in exactly six weeks?

No.

The Bootcamp is designed to be completed in six weeks because that is where the momentum is.

But life happens.

You have one full year of access, so if you need more time, you have it.

Where do I watch or listen, and where is the group?

Watch the classes on Thinkific, or call in to listen by phone. The groups are on WhatsApp and Google Groups, with lifetime group support. You have one year of course access.

Will this work if I have a huge house? What about a tiny apartment?

Yes.

I have taught women in tiny apartments, rentals, large homes, multi-floor homes, and everything in between.

The size of the house is not the problem. The amount of unnecessary stuff is.

The method works anywhere.

What if I've tried organizing before and failed?

So have I.

And so have almost all of my students.

That is because organizing is not the first solution. Significant decluttering is.

Once you have less to manage, organizing finally starts working.

Is there a payment plan?

YES! 2 payments of $198.50: $198.50 today, $198.50 four weeks later. Total $397. Choose the two-payment plan. Course access is added manually after your first payment: email ellie@frumminimalism.com with the subject BOOTCAMP ACCESS.

Come ready to learn. Come ready to get moving. We have work to do!
